Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Live-In Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and guest experience at our hotel. As a live-in manager, you will become an integral part of our team, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest service, addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly to ensure a memorable experience.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and support the hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams. Schedule and manage staff shifts, training, and development.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage the hotel's financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability. Implement cost-effective measures to maximize revenue.
  • Operations: Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards are met. Handle any operational issues as they arise.
  • Reservations and Sales: Manage reservations, monitor occupancy levels, and implement sales and marketing strategies to optimize revenue.
  • Problem Solving: Act as the point of contact for guests and staff in resolving any issues or concerns efficiently and professionally.
  • Live-In Role: Reside on-site to address emergencies, late check-ins, and any urgent matters that may arise outside regular working hours.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hotel management or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills, including fluency in [languages spoken at the hotel, if applicable].
  • Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and make data-driven decisions.
  • Customer-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Availability to live on-site and be on-call for any emergency situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Good culinary skills
